Why I became a Coach?

I quit a successful corporate career because I felt a strong calling to support people more directly in their life. After a few years of inner-searching, I am now anchored in my purpose as a change agent for a positive impact. As a certified coach, I am well equipped to support clients who are keen to transform and empower themselves.

My Beliefs:

I fully believe that each person is whole and complete in themselves, and they can find the best answers within themselves. Even the most reflective people might need some help to look deep enough to find their truth and I can help them do that.

Rich management experience of 20+ years, most of it from Big 4 and Fortune 100 companies in diverse industries
Cross-cultural awareness from living and working in India, Switzerland and Singapore with regular business travels across Asia, Europe and the United States
Co-led corporate women leadership programme and deeply involved in social initiatives, startups and business pitching competitions, allowing me to learn and serve others

My Story:

Born in a small town in south India, I belong to the first generation of women in my community, able to complete basic school education.

As a teenager, I dared to dream big of an international career that seemed impossible at that time. With high career aspirations, I quickly learnt to juggle between my educational needs, a full-time job and family responsibilities.

As a young trailing spouse with zero exposure to the outside world, I landed in a country which seemed like another world. None of what I accumulated seemed to serve me well. That included my hard-earned education, the languages I spoke and the way I knew to live. With grit and determination, I relearnt a new approach of life. I found my dream job in a domain, brand new to me!

Since then, I have changed my career and life path several times in terms of countries, roles, industries and domains. Amid all challenges, what has remained constant is my strong appetite to learn and lead my life.

Looking back, my journey feels like that of a hungry caterpillar eating every leaf I crawled upon. I gobbled up technical capabilities, leadership skills, cultural diversity, constantly feeding my appetite to grow.

Most recently, I wrapped myself up in a cocoon to connect deeply within myself. I took some time to reflect and connect all the dots. After some intense reflections, realisations and break-throughs, it now feels like wings are growing out of me. I am emerging as a different being.

I am ready to experience and serve this world a whole new way as a butterfly. My journey as a coach and trainer is showing me exciting ways to fulfill my purpose as a change agent.
